Rory! Roranicus Pedanticus Pondicus! Ah, where does the time get off to, eh? One moment it's there and then it's all the way... well, off, into the past, or the future, depending on where you are. It's been a while. For me, anyway, no idea how long it's been for you. Still with Amy? Of course you are, stupid question don't bother answering that. You've been good, yeah? I mean, listen, I can't talk for long. You know how it is, it's always so expensive phoning the - yes. I- had to make sure that everything was... alright. With you.

I'd, um, I'd have called sooner, but this type of thing doesn't happen every day. Found a wormhole! Very clever, lots of experimental work run by yours truly- do you know how hard it is getting a phone signal in outer space? I'll save you guessing, I can't hear you anyway (so don't waste time talking back, you'll only miss what I'm saying and what I'm saying is important, Rory), it's very difficult. About as hard as passing up fish fingers and custard, which is just impossible, it can't be done.

I'm alright. In case you've been worrying. I hope you weren't worrying, but you probably were, knowing you two. Tell her- tell her I'm not alone. That I'm fine. That- I've got someone to chase the stars with, I've got someone with me, because that was the last thing she'd ever told me, not to be alone.
